Soccer field addition among improvement project items slated for Brooks, Alta. park

An investment of almost a half-million dollars will help upgrade McKay Park in Brooks, Alta. The funding, coming from JBS Foods Canada, will provide for a soccer field and basketball court as well as upgrades to a walking path and playgrounds. In exchange for its funding of the upgrade project, JBS Foods Canada is seeking naming rights to the park over the next 25 years.
